How to organize a PDF
- Select a PDF, or drop it onto the box. On a phone it opens from your Files app.
- Drag pages into a new order, or use the arrow buttons. Rotate or delete any page.
- Press Save PDF, then download it.
How your files stay private
Your browser draws the page previews and writes the new PDF, in memory, on your device. The page is locked so it cannot send data to any other website. When you press Start over or close the tab, everything is cleared.
Limits
- One PDF at a time, up to 50 MB
- Password-protected or restricted PDFs can't be changed
- Bookmarks, fillable form fields and links between pages may not be kept
Questions
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The page previews and the new PDF are both made by your browser on your own device. The file is never sent to our servers or anyone else's.
Does rotating a page lower its quality?
No. Rotation only changes the page's direction setting; text and images are kept exactly as they are.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Restore original puts every page back in its first order and direction, including deleted pages. The original file on your device is never changed - you download a new copy.
Why do some previews look slightly different?
If a PDF doesn't include its fonts, the preview uses your device's fonts. The saved PDF is unaffected; it keeps the pages exactly as they were.
Why was my PDF refused as protected?
Some PDFs are locked with a password or with restrictions on changes. Open the file, save or print a copy without protection, and use that copy.
